 A new tag needs to be created, f11-final. This tag will be used to hold
 the builds for Fedora 11 (Preview). The rawhide compose of 4/14 should be
 done from the f11-final collection, which is updated just prior to rawhide
 compose starts. dist-rawhide needs to be changed to reflect the new
 source.
