 Send mail to mirror-list-d to inform mirrors that Fedora 11 Beta is
 coming. Give them estimates when they can start syncing, and when it's
 supposed to go live. Also include size estimates of the content. This
 obviously needs to be done before mirrors are allowed to sync content.
