Comment:

 FAS configuration does in fact have it going to andrew.cagney at gmail.com

 I wonder if gmail is hiding it somewhere because of the alias use, or
 something.

 This isn't really a releng item, you should work with the Infrastructure
 team #fedora-admin to do a trace while generating email for you to see
 what happens.
