 Sorry, I don't know enough about branching for a release. I thought that
 devel/ branch is now separate from the main f-10 branch. The latest
 rcssserver,rcsslogplayer packages in rawhide (version 13.0.0) do not
 depend on rcssbase anymore but previous versions (which were tagged for
 fedora 10) depend on this package. Also, the latest rcssserver package
 provides rcssbase capability and its libraries.
