Dan would like us to tag selinux-policy-3.5.13-18.fc10 for F10 final, he's
 tested it.

 The important changes are:

 * Changing the default qemu_full_network to on, in Fedora 10 right
nowthis is off meaning any qemu image launched by libvirt will not have
access to the full network by default. This change can not be changed
in updated policy packages, so it is critical it gets in now.

 * Suspend/Resume does not work with machines that drop /var/run/video.rom

 * Allow hal/lvm to decrypt encrypted memory sticks. (policy changes for
 bz470096)
