 Please tag rpm-4.7.0-1.fc11 for dist-f11.

 The changes from -rc1 to final are very small:
  * updated Polish translation
  * check for termination signals during signing/signature checking loop
  * pad RSA signatures to modulus size if necessary

 The RSA signature thing is a true show-stopper
 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=494049, goes back all the way
 to the NSS-switchover in F9 but only exposed now with the new signing key
 for F11), it affects installation of new and updated packages and causes
 already installed packages to be skipped in rpmdb, causing dependency
 breakage and whatnot.

 As an added bonus we avoid shipping pre-release version of rpm for the
 final distro version.
