 Hi, this is a request to tag php-5.2.9-2.fc11 into dist-f11:

 Changes: this build reverts to an older version of the patch to use the
 system timezone database.

 Rationale: the current version is known to break at least one third-party
 app and has hence caused "Fedora-broke-PHP" controversy with upstream

 Impact of rejection: broken third-party apps, controversy

 Testing: Tested to fix the problem on x86_64.  The older patch is already
 used in already-shipped php packages, so has much wider testing than the
 code in the current F11 build.
