   * I'd like this package to be tagged into Fedora 11 Final

  * Rationale for why the change is important enough to be allowed in after
 the final freeze.
   * The upstream changelog is as follows:
     * valgrind: Fix invalid use of delete vs. delete[].
     * cppcheck: Limit the scope of some variables.

  * Impact of *not* accepting the development at this point of the
 schedule.
   * A bug was found in the hyphenator part of libvoikko where an array of
 strings was 'freed' by using delete instead of delete[]. According to my
 C++ knowledge, this causes a memory leak and possibly even memory
 corruption. The new libvoikko package fixes this issue.

  * Information on what testing you've already done on the development to
 help reduce the risk.
   * I've tested this version with Mozilla Firefox, OpenOffice.org and
 gEdit. There seems to be no regression of functionality.
