 This build fixes:
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=496050

 making pyexiv2 functional again (this may not be the "final" fix, still
 working with upstream, but it's better than the status-quo).

 And, up'ing 0.18 -> 0.18.1 fixes a crasher or 2 that affects digikam as
 well.
