 Moe's debuginfo subpackages were broken as the CFLAGS passed by build
 system were being overridden by configure.ac

 Changelog:
 * Sun Apr 19 2009 Debarshi Ray <rishi at fedoraproject.org> 1.0-5
 - Fixed configure to respect the environment's CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS
 settings.

 The above fix fixes the following bug:
