 Koji build NVR: flex-2.5.35-5.fc11

 The change: one-line fix to build process.  Doesn't impact logic, just
 adds forgotten #include.

 Rationale:  flex failed to build during the mass rebuild earlier this
 year.  No other builds were done for F11 before or after that.  As a
 result, flex got none of the goodness that the mass rebuild was done for:
 i586, new GCC, or stronger hashes in RPM.

 Testing done: all testing done on F10 flex is still valid, modulo any GCC
 regressions.  Apart from that, flex includes comprehensive test-suite
 that's run as part of the build.

 Impact of not accepting: users will get F10 flex.
