 Both packages (bouncycastle-1.43-1.fc11 and bouncycastle-mail-1.43-1).fc11
 are built in koji:

 Honestly, since I'm not a real java programmer, I can't do extensive
 tests. I just tested basic stuff with itext, which depends on bouncycastle
 and bouncycastle-mail, and things work without issues.

 Since the upstream advised to upgrade to this version with big fat
 security warnings, I think it would be appropriate to trust them.
