 Hello release engineers. Would it be possible to create a custom build
 target on Fedora rawhide where I could add new upstream version of OpenSSL
 (which changes SONAME and thus requires a rebuild of dependencies) and
 rebuild the dependent packages on this target? After the rebuild the
 packages would be mass moved to the rawhide tag.

 This would allow me to start the rebuilds before Alpha unfreeze and also
 it would avoid shipping SONAME symlink hacks in rawhide. The symlinks
 would still be necessary as a temporary measure to be able to rebuild the
 packages but the openssl package with the symlink would never be tagged
 for rawhide.
