What should be the purpose of this page?

We also have https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ReleaseEngineering which 
seems to also be an overview of what Release Engineering does.

The more time I spend reading 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ReleaseEngineering/Overview I'm wondering 
if the whole page could be commissioned.  Much of the information is out 
of date, covered on other pages, or could be linked to as stand-alone 
pages from https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ReleaseEngineering.

Any opposition to nuking 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ReleaseEngineering/Overview? and moving 
any parts that should be saved?  If so, which parts need to be saved?
