Comment:

 The primary arch for PowerPC is 32-bit, ergo, end-user apps (not
 libraries) are shipped as 32-bit. This includes eclipse.

 (Similarly, we don't ship a 32-bit eclipse on x86_64, as 64-bit is the
 primary architecture there.)
