 The problem seems to be the licence (Artistic 1.0) under which PGAdmin is
 distributed. Artistic 1.0 seems incompatible with the Fedora ideology, it
 has some weaknesses. The licence's authors corrected it and creates
 Artistic 2.0, but the Fedora team is struggling to convince the PGAdmin
 team to switch from their current Artistic 1.0 to an Artistic 2.0.
 I hope it will get corrected soon, this is a problem for us all PGAdmin
 users
