Preparing Games Spin hopefully for the alpha release

I was worried for Spins that the feature status would impact whether or not
there was an alpha version of the spin. That isn't something that is normally
a concern for features. I would really like to get some more testing done.
This is especially true as F11 has had a number of issues that has slowed
down testing on my end.
Also there is the 4 GiB issue. I am hearing arguments on both sides. As such
I think it would be nice to try > 4 GiB for the alpha and fall back to
< 4 GiB for the beta if there are significant problems. (Assuming the Spins
SIG is OK with that.)
