Thanks, I now have a version that runs on RHEL5+EPEL+the above repo.  It
is available at http://people.redhat.com/mitr/rpmsigner/ , package
sigul-0.91.

(The rename from "rpmsigner" to "sigul" means you will need to move your
configuration, server and client data.)
