Request to put ecj in F11 Beta

The eclipse build that was part of the chain build failed due to a koji
error. I restarted the build and it is going on now:

A separate ecj package will remove indirect gnome and mozilla
dependencies from java-1.5.0-gcj-compat. That package is pretty crucial
and is needed by lots of java libraries at the moment (since they are
Ahead-Of-Time compiled). Thus a standalone ecj will make it so that
simple java libraries don't end up pulling in all of gnome/mozilla/etc.

The reason we want it to go in beta is because we want the change tested
as much as possible, as some important java packages (like tomcat for
example) would be affected.
