 To all maintainers Cc'ed on this ticket, if you do a rebuild after a
 freeze that fixes a broken deps, please file a ticket (like this one) to
 request rel-eng to tag them into appropriate target (in this case
 f11-beta).

 This doesn't happen automatically, it requires action from you, the
 maintainer.
