 The freetype one fixes an unindented ABI breakage that went into upstream
 2.3.8.  2.3.9 fixes that.  We don't need to rebuild any dependent packages
 though.  Bug 489928

 Fontconfig one adds a variety of new language definitions, as well as
 being my "released" version in a series of development git snapshots I
 pushed in rawhide before.  I'd rather see that one in f11 instead of a git
 snapshot of my tree that I have rewritten since.
