 * A description of what you want to change
   * I'd like libvoikko-2.1-1.fc11 to be tagged into Fedora 11 Final
  * Rationale for why the change is important enough to be allowed in after
 the final freeze.
   * Some fixes to the grammar checker of libvoikko were made after RC4 and
I think those are important enough to go into Fedora 11 Final. There were
no changes to other parts of the library and code-wise the fixes were
quite small, in my opinion the risk of new (serious) bugs is low. To my
knowledge Fedora 11 will be the first major distribution release to have
the grammar checking feature enabled for OpenOffice.org, so I'd like to
make the feature as complete as possible.
   * Here's the upstream Changelog from RC4 to 2.1 stable:
    * Disable character case checks completely within quotations.
    * Fix suggestions for punctuation at the end of quotes.
    * Accept different types of quote characters.
    * Accept single letters written in uppercase.
    * Accept Finnish dates without year.
    * Hyphen at the start of a paragraph may mean that the paragraph is a
 list item.
  * Impact of *not* accepting the development at this point of the
 schedule.
   * The grammar checking feature will be less complete than that provided
by the most recent upstream release. In case 2.1-1 is not accepted now,
I'll try to get it in as a 0-day update.
  * Information on what testing you've already done on the development to
 help reduce the risk.
   * I've tested Finnish spell checking in gEdit (via gtkspell), Evolution
(maybe gtkspell too?), Firefox (via the mozvoikko extension) and according
to those tests it works well. I've also tested both spell checking and
grammar checking in OpenOffice.org via the openoffice.org-voikko extension
and have not noticed any problems.
