 This fix is a backport from gnome-26. It fixes the backlight to not blank
 when the slider is set to never. This fixes a F11Blocker:
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=498041

 Impact of not tagging is that setting the slider to "never" results in the
 display blanking after a few seconds. It's been tested by a few people
 already with success.

 This is a very low risk patch, in my opinion.
