 Please tag rubygem-rails-2.3.2-2.fc11 for dist-f11.

 It contains a small change to fix complete breakage of scripts/generate.
 The script is generally used by developers to create templates for various
 pieces of new code - without the fix, this script is completely unusable.

 I have tested the fix locally by running the generate script with a
 variety of arguments, which now yields the expected results.

 The issue is tracked as
