 Please tag giflib-4.1.6-2.fc11 into dist-f11. Changes according to
 %changelog are minor but the first one (multilib) is the real reason why I
 asking for breaking the freeze to get some bug reports done, the former
 maintainer at Red Hat didn't ever solve:

 - Solved multilib problems with documentation (#465208, #474538)
 - Removed static library from giflib-devel package (#225796 #c1)
 }}}

 The removal of the static library doesn't hurt existing packages. If
 tagging is refused here, this will get another zero-day update...
