 eclipse-valgrind 0.2.0 requires eclipse-linuxprofilingframework >= 0.2.0
 to build. eclipse-linuxprofilingframework alone provides no user-facing
 functionality. This makes it difficult to test without also being able to
 test eclipse-valgrind 0.2.0.
