 - Removed stale patch from STR #2831 which was causing problems with
   number-up (bug #532516).

 This fixes a bug in which the pstops filter inserts {{{PostScript}}}
 commands into the wrong place in the input file when putting several pages
 onto a single side of paper.  This does not affect all documents, but
 affects all enscript-produced documents for example.

 The fix is to remove a patch, bringing us in line with the upstream code.

 The symptom is that the job will fail.
