 'make tag-request' is kind of lame.  Better formatted:

 1.7.1-2 introduced a multilib fix for the -devel subpackage that removed
 the _XSERVER64 define and redid the internal usage of it in terms of
 !__SIZEOF_LONG!__.  However, the drivers also pull in shared headers that
 require _XSERVER64 to be defined correctly, and the size of those types is
 relevant to driver/server ABI.  1.7.1-6 defines _XSERVER64 in a multilib-
 safe way, so future driver update builds will have a consistent ABI.
 Tested by inspecting the config header output on i386 and amd64.
