 Final. This fixes:

 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=531825 - AGP radeons fail to
 resume from suspend
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=529292 - X dies on multiple
 nouveau systems

 well, we hope it does. It fixes Radeon suspend for one tester; not for
 another, but no regression. It's fixed the nouveau protection faults for
 two out of four testers; the others have not yet been able to test.
