 We're at RC now.  How widely will the DMAR issue be seen?  Does it impact
 only a certain class of machine and/or workload?  The libertas fixes
 should mostly be scoped to OLPC machines, correct?

 Getting this tagged for final is going to basically require a bug on the
 blocker bug list.
