    * backport upstreams simple fix to avoid using the reserved keyword
 "as"
  * Rationale for why the change is important enough to be allowed in after
 the feature freeze.
    * without it fonttools simply doesn't work, its ttx tool cannot save a
 file. If ttx is fixed to work it could be used by the sazanami-fonts
 package during its build process to re-implement the fix for 196433 by
 operating on the original font.ttf which would document (and minimize) our
 changes to that font. The current situation is that we ship a .ttf which
 was opaquely modified in an offline fontforge session.
  * Impact of not accepting the feature at this point of the schedule.
    * not major, if fonttool's ttx was being extensively used this would
 have been noticed before now.
  * Information on what testing you've already done on the feature to help
 reduce the risk.
    * ttx -i -a -e sazanami-gothic.ttf
