 This is a straightforward rebuild with a fixed MinGW toolchain, as this
 package was built with mismatched MinGW GCC and Binutils which lead to
 broken debugging information: [http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail
 /fedora-mingw/2009-September/002066.html]. (All the other affected
 packages have already been rebuilt before the freeze.)
