Another update for Terminal. It fixes a bug that was reported in bodhi:
Under some circumstances the gettext domain is reset to C, so the locale

The fix comes from upstream and consists of 4 lines: 3 lines of comment
and a single line of code, so I don't expect it to cause any problems.
Honestly, I'm not sure if this bug is severe enough to break the freeze,
but meanwhile the update for F11 was pushed by the autokarma mechanism.
This means we need this update for a clean upgrade path. Sorry for the
noise.
