          eclipse-3.5.1-1.fc12

  * A description of what you want to change

          Updated to SDK version 3.5.1 and newer eclipse-build containing a
 number of fixes. One of them is crash bug with gtk 2.18.

  * Rationale for why the change is important enough to be allowed in after
 the final freeze.

          This change is needed to fix Eclipse crash with gtk shipped in
 Fedora 12. The [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=522187 crash
 bug] is marked as F12Blocker.

  * Impact of *not* accepting the development at this point of the
 schedule.

         Eclipse will be practically unusable due to crashes.

  * Information on what testing you've already done on the development to
 help reduce the risk.

         It was verified by reporters that the crash issue is gone with
