 I'd like to push imsettings-0.107.4-2.fc12 for f12-final to fix Bug
 #529144.
 The impact not pushing this release is, the Input Method isn't running by
 default
 on Mailthili language. which would be supposed to be running.
 The fix is simple and the easy fix, adding the locale to the hard-coding
 list.
 It won't affects to others.
