 - Update to 012
 - Detect encrypted swap and prevent hibernate in this case.
 - When we do a delayed refresh, actually do 5 x 1 second apart rather
   than 1 x 3 seconds which should fix some slow battery devices.

 This replaces the snapshot that is currently in F12, and fixes the problem
 where DeviceKit-power fails to poll for long enough when the AC adaptor is
 removed, and the battery device is slow to respond. It also removes the
 hibernate option in all the GUIs when the user is configured to use
 encrypted swap, as it's never going to thaw correctly in this case.

 Tested by a few people, and seems to fix the bugs and introduce no
 regressions so far. Thanks.
