 Please tag hal-0.5.13-9 and xorg-x11-drv-evdev-2.3.0-1 into F12.

 Evdev includes two crucial fixes: a long standing segfault on repeated USB
 disconnects (#483297) and a new handling of devices with relative and
 absolute axes (#523914).
 Without the fix for 523914, the Xen Virtual Pointer is unusable in F12.

 The HAL update includes a minor fix to the 10-x11-input.fdi to enable the
 right options for the Xen Virtual Pointer.
