Yes, I screwed up the tagging.  My script had a typo that broke the 
crit-path exclusions.  Afterward I realized this mistake and jumped into 
testing the entire set by upgrading to static-repos and building 
LiveCD's from static-repos.

I found only one regression, and it wasn't from today's mass tagging. 
Yesterday's gnome-panel causes nm-applet to crash in some sort of race 
condition during GNOME desktop login.  We're trying to track this one down.
