 * changes touch two non-doc files.  One just has data inside updated.  The
 other has code changes to one module to fix a TurboGears paginator and
 _csrf_token problem.
 * if this breaks, it could break people using fas via the python-fedora
 client library or people using python-fedora to develop Fedora Web Apps.
 Both of those uses have been tested.
 * Without this fix, pages that use TurboGear's paginator with the csrf
 protection will grow larger and larger as they gain duplicate
 _csrf_tokens.  This has the potential to break some code as the duplicates
 may be processed into a list instead of a single value (however, outright
 breakage has not been seen -- just the increasingly long URLs).
 * Code has been tested extensively on EL-5 in infrastructure.
 * Not in the critical path
