 0.7.0-1, already accepted into dist-f12 has an upgrade bug, where users
 running versions of sssd older than 0.5.0 will fail to upgrade their
 config to
 0.7.0. In an upgrade scenario, this can result in being unable to log into
 SSSD-provided users until root manually upgrades the config file.
