  * Include the two fixes to our shared system hsqldb which upstream
 OpenOffice.org includes in
    its vanilla in-tree
  * rhbz#523110: When a database column is redefined, the auto increment
 feature gets broken
  * rhbz#517839: bitxor and bitor do the same thing as eachother
 * Rationale for why the change is important enough to be allowed in after
 the final freeze.
  * These patches were filed months ago against the fedora hsqldb in order
 to stay in sync with the expectations of its major consumer.
 * Impact of *not* accepting the development at this point of the schedule.
  * OOo's base goes out with two known bugs, one minor but silly (bitxor ==
 bitox) and the other nasty (redefining a column causes random looking
 behaviour)
 * Information on what testing you've already done on the development to
