 I did in binutils/devel/ "make tag" and it got tagged by
 binutils-2_20_51_0_2-2_fc12 instead of binutils-2_20_51_0_2-2_fc13 as
 ../common was not {{{cvs update}}}d, due to the Fedora Ticket #2781 bug.

 Now I get:
 {{{
 cvs tag -c -d binutils-2_20_51_0_2-2_fc12
 ERROR: Tag removal not allowed for tag binutils-2_20_51_0_2-2_fc12
 cvs tag: Pre-tag check failed
 cvs [tag aborted]: correct the above errors first!
 }}}

 Could you please remove the tag yourself?
