 binutils-2.19.51.0.14-34.fc12

     * A description of what you want to change

 install-info scriptlets got fixed for --excludedocs (Bug 515922) and a
 workaround of ppc install-info Bug 517979.

     * Rationale for why the change is important enough to be allowed in
 after the final freeze.

 It is not much important.

     * Impact of *not* accepting the development at this point of the
 schedule.

 Failure to for example uninstall binutils on ppc, also a message scaring
 users on ppc:

 error: %post(binutils-devel-2.19.51.0.14-33.fc12.ppc) scriptlet failed,
 exit status 1
 }}}

 In fact not much.

 Just making it a 0day update is not wised I heard.

     * Information on what testing you've already done on the development
 to help reduce the risk.

 All the -i and -e and --excludedocs sort of testing (on x86* some-f12 and
 ppc rawhide-20091027).
 As no other other changes were done the testsuite was not checkde.
