 * What changed?
 Package now BuildRequires numpy-f2py instead of numpy and is now built
 with numpy support.
 Some files, which conflicted with the ones provided by the PyQt4 package,
 were removed from the package.
 Two minor rpmlint errors were fixed.

 * How risky is this change? None.

 * How important is this change? Package is "installable" now, since the
 conflict with PyQt4 has been resolved. Also, the package is built with
 numpy support again, which is essential.

 * How well tested is this package build? Not thoroughly tested, looks fine
 at first glance.
