 Fixes the ypbind to bind to a domain even when using the old 'network'
 service instead of the NetworkManager.

 This change is important for users doing network configuration manually.
 Without this update ypbind fails to run when using 'network' service.

 The change is tested by myself. It's low risk because the patch just
 backports an isolated change from newer version of ypbind. Not a part of
 critical path.
