 as documented at
 http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_remove_a_package_at_end_of_life , I'm
 retiring the gst-mixer package from Fedora 12 and onwards, as it was
 intended to be added only for Fedora 11 as a temporary compromise to cover
 functionality then missing from gnome-volume-control. all parties agreed
 it should be removed in F12 as long as g-v-c was sufficiently improved,
 which it is. please block it from Rawhide (it should remain in F11 of
 course). I've contacted hadess to see if he think g-v-c should obsolete
 gst-mixer, and followed all other steps in the removal instructions.
