Comment:

 I wasn't able to build into this buildroot. At first it looks like I
 hadn't permission

 Then it looks like something else is wrong

 I tried build srpm with:
 koji build dist-f14-perltest perl-5.12.0-120.fc14.src.rpm
 Then I tried commit to cvs and try again after tag:
 make build TARGET=dist-f14-perltest
 I've also tried:
 koji build dist-f14-perltest --arch=x86_64 perl-5.12.0-120.fc14.src.rpm
 Usage: koji build [options] target URL
 (Specify the --help global option for a list of other help options)
 koji: error: --arch_override is only allowed for --scratch builds

 I suppose I don't have to build in scratch, when I have my own buildroot.
 Do I use the command wrong or it's something wrong with buildroot?
