 Since the new cluttermm has a different soname, I can not build any other
 package against it (in this case clutter-gtkmm) until it hits the
 buildroot. However if I just go ahead and build it for F-13, then it will
 break the dependencies until clutter-gtkmm is rebuilt against it.

 How do I resolve this situation?

 (I understand that chain builds won't work for F-13.)
