Should there be a package signing step for "Beta" and "Final" too?  I'm 
assuming packages built after the Alpha sign need to be signed before 
Beta and Final?

It would be a shame for Jesse and me to have all the fun doing these. 
:)  Who else would like to volunteer to help out?
