QE/QA is trying to test dogtag but they are unable to yum install pki-
ca-1.3.2-1.fc12 (the latest version of pki-ca).

For some reason, it is stuck in pending:

 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/pki-
 ca-1.3.2-1.fc12?_csrf_token=528bdec10999e0e446ef5ed12291550a19708543

if I try to push it manually using bodhi, it says it's already submitting
 for testing:

 bodhi -R testing pki-ca-1.3.2-1.fc12
pki-ca-1.3.2-1.fc12 has already been submitted to testing

this is urgently needed for IPA to meet their deadline,
 Thanks,
 kwright
